We were appointed by Vashi to Project Manage the fit out of their first flagship store on Piccadilly London, opposite Fortnum & Mason.

Working with GP Studios, the design concept focuses on the customer building their own engagement ring, which is reflected throughout the ground floor design. The central Diamond bar allows the customer to shop and have one-on-one interaction with the alchemist. The basement continues the customer experience with consultation rooms and a fully working laboratory.

The concept includes bespoke furniture pieces including the liquid metal finish ‘Diamond Bar’ and window displays on the ground floor and specialist concrete finish with Kimberlite dust to give a diamond sparkle effect.

We worked with the client and the designers through the concept design phase, to programming the full process, controlling all aspects of approvals including liaising with the Landlord and controlling budget to deliver the clients vision.
