We have been working with Ben Sherman since the beginning of 2011 on their new concept stores...

We provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for all Ben Sherman stores and concessions across the UK, working closely with Ben Sherman, their Designers and all host department stores.

In our first year with Ben Sherman we have successfully refurbished their flagship on Carnaby Street, along with a new concept store on Portobello Road and a new store in Islington, which was a Grade II listed property.

We also installed the new concept into two new concessions within Selfridges Trafford and Birmingham.

In May 2012 we successfully completed their new store on Commercial Street in Shoreditch, East London. We worked closely with client, architects and landlords.
A very interesting project as the store was in an extremely dilapidated state and required a large amount of regeneration and structural works, which required party wall agreements to both sides of the property and continuous liaising with neighbouring property owners/landlords, landlords agents and project team etc...
We also working closely with the local authority officer to uncover and rejuvenate the existing historic front shop dating back to early 1930’s.
