We were appointed by Nicole Farhi at the beginning of 2011 to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the launch of their new flagship store on Conduit Street. Working closely with Nicole Farhi and their Architects through out the project.

We completed the basement, ground and 1st floor retail store installation, during which we worked through from liaising with the property agents, solicitors and the City of London to agree Licence to Alter and all required approvals, through to handing over the complete store on August 2012.

In October 2012, we were called in to carry out an immediate fast turn around refurbishment of their Fulham Road Store, further to an inherent construction issue. We worked closely with Nicole Farhi and the insurers to turn the project round and bringing back new life into the store. The store has now re open and looks great...
