Working closely with the client, we have developed a new store concept design that truely reflect’s the Brand’s ethos.

• Producing computer visualisations through to full construction drawings for tender and site issue
• Gaining all local authority approvals
• Adjudicating tender returns to ensure the best price for the client.
• Project Managing the full implementation of the design through to completition for hand over.

We launch the first prototype store on Fouberts Place (off of Carnaby St) London in June 2008, followed by a new store at the new Cabot Circus development in Bristol in September 08 and the refurbishment of the original Ollie & Nic store in Brighton’s Lanes in December 08 and installed a new store into store in the Princes Square Shopping Centre, Glasgow.

All stores opened on time and in budget.
